Lost items

Hey when I was playing yesterday at night chat went offline so i went to sleep. Tomorrow when I logged in I lost my greater plaguefire, lesser soul, lesser vorpal and 4x grand articifier. When I asked for /zone chat some players had this problem too so I posted two tickets but noone answered me so its reason why Im posting this. Please give me my items back or get rollback or somethings like that. If you think I was hacked I think its imposible, if its not problem from server my password is really strong and i never shared him for someone. Thanks for answer and sorry for my English :confused:

    Support never gives items I tried many times to get lost items (Server errors and other WTFs) and the answer is always the same "Too Bad".

    All my slotted enchants and all my adventurers disappeared today as did my purple grindstones. Something went terribly wrong with the game from yesterday to today.

    Got same problem too days ago..mine AD, r7 weapon armor ench lost, stolen by ****ING HACKER!!..plz help us moderator/GM

    The first thing all of you (above) need to do is go in and change your account password, possibly your email address, too. In four years I've never one heard-of, seen, or even have known of any kind of "software glitch" that can cause this. Based on your descriptions: someone has accessed your account and removed said items.

    The only time this ever appeared to be not the case (with Astral Diamonds) is when the player spent the AD and didm;t even realize it.

    I'm not trying to offend anyone or to be cruel or anything like that. I'm really just trying to help.
