Regarding the new PVP penalties rules

A question regarding the penalties: What happens to the players if they get disconnected? I know my connection could be better, but it is the one I can use: it happens a lot, to get dced in mid fight (pve or pvp). I will accept the penalty, if the game does not recognize my leaving as out of my control: it is as it has to be. But I would like the feedback. I'll try to get my hands on that new gear.
