I'm evaluating if going for all those CW passive "AoE powers do +x% damage" are worth it or not, but I can't really find anywhere what exactly an "AoE power" is. I mean, although the definition seems straight forward, I've played my good share of games where the intuitive definition does not match the actual game mechanics.
So, I've looked into the power descriptions, the wikis/wikias and done some google search, and still haven't found a comprehensive list of CW's AoE powers affected by those passives. If you guys could supply me with one, I'd deeply apreciate. And please do include both Paragon paths too, since I'm also evaluating that.
That's because different encounters are classified as "AoE" depending on the feat/passive being considered. Evocation is notorious for this (or was, don't know if it's been fixed). Yet one more item on the list of CW things to be fixed.

So, is there a list of powers affected by:
1) Evocation
2) Wizard's Wrath and Focused Wizard (hopefully they are the same)
???
