Dread Vault Last Boss Glitch

I can't tell if I'm missing something or what, but here's what happened:

I joined a queue for regular DV. When I got into the instance my party was already at the last boss platform...the one you can't leave unless you leave the party, or beat the boss. I, however was at the spawnpoint before that and so I walked the short distance to the transporting device...then it told me I needed to gather my party...but my party were already on the platform...And since they couldn't leave the platform and I couldn't enter it, I couldn't join them.

Is this a known issue or something new? What's to be done about it?

To fix it: everyone in the boss fight has to exit the dungeon through GM Help so they can go to you. Its always been like that (as far as I know) and I have no idea why...

Yes, have everyone use the GM relog method.
Since cryptic won't fix their stupid bugs, exploit their 'help' system.

I was thinking I was missing something since they kept telling me 'follow the line to the transporter' and I did, but it kept giving me that annoying message. Guess they didn't know about the glitch, or the workaround, either.
