Dungeon delve chest not unlocked.

Just got done running epic Cavern's of Karrundax on my HR during a dungeon delve event. We started the delve two minutes after the event began and finished with eight minutes to spare, but the chest was not unlocked. A party member said this had happened to them but they were able to relog and the chest unlocked. I tried relogging, but the chest did not unlock. Is this a common bug and is it possible to still claim the loot after the fact through GM assistance? This was also a legit run. We used no exploits, glitches, and no campfire running.

Rarely it can happen that entering a dungeon after Delve has started the chest is not unlocked for you.
You can tell whether it is unlocked by the writing under the minimap (It should have 1. a red bar telling you chest unlocked and 2. the current dungeon writing should have blue instead of yellow headers)

It is not possible to claim the rewards from GMs after the fact.

If in the rare instance you don't have the chest unlocked, relogging usually helps (before the final boss is killed)
