Another Idea is that if something drops out of those chests at the end of those epic guild dungeons, it would be cosmetic armor/weapons that you could add your guild logo and stuff onto, make it so there's more worth to it other then just a trophy system. I'm just looking for things that would benefit guild, but by no means am I talking about adding things that would be unfair to people who'd rather solo the game. No buffs, No stat boosters. Guild achievements, cosmetics, and dungeons (doesn't even have to drop the best gear or any for that matter, could be something else entirely). Guilds are great for teamwork, add to it by dropping a little AD at the end or something. (not a substantial amount but like the daily dungeon, but for guilds.)
