Can we please get some bulk mail tools like every other MMO out there? A checkbox maybe for select all? Maybe "Get all items" or "delete all items"? I have 9 toons that I play on and off. I try to keep the AH full of as many items as I can. I also have a toon dedicated to buying and selling where I may have 200+ bids at one time. I spends hours a week, click mail...click take items....click delete...enter...enter...click take items....click delete...enter enter....rinse/repeat x 100. I'm not kidding when I say my hand hurts playing this game from managing my mail. It's low hanging fruit and programmatically it is fairly simple. I think many people would love you for it!

Even just delete all would be a big improvement.

Anything...heck...a button that says "Take & Delete" would be a huge improvement. As a side note. My main selling/buying toon currently has 128 items in her mail. This must be a light day.

I also dream of multi select action as delete selected or remove attachment from selected mails.

I have 2 characters doing the AH game, roughly 80 mails every few hours... yay... :|

A trash folder would be good, so you can undelete stuff you accidentally deleted. With all the clicking, I bet a lot of people have accidentally deleted stuff.

Was going with that for sig, but changed my mind. Or did I?

Funny you mentioned this. I verified a bug today where I was taking AD from being outbid. I select take items and then delete. The cancel/ok delete dialog pops up and I hit OK but a 1/2 second before that I get another email with attachments and instead of deleting the email I was just on, it deletes the new email and the attachments without warning. I've seen this before but thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me. So today I sat with the delete confirmation dialog open until i got a new email and hit delete. I sacrificed the AD in the attachment and it definitely deleted the new email NOT the old email without warning.

On a side note, I had 341 emails this morning. We really need bulk tools and I like the idea of a trash folder that gets emptied each day or that can be manually emptied.

Yes. "Claim all" and "Delete all" are two missing features.

Exactly. I've taken to clicking Take Items, hitting down-arrow, rinse-repeat until I get to the last e-mail.
Then from the BOTTOM of my e-mail, I hit delete, double-tap space for okay, and delete my way back up to the first page, and then proceed slooooowly til I delete the last opened/taken e-mail without disturbing any that have arrived during the process.

PLEASE add some bulk mail handling!

Right now i'd just be happy if deleting empty mail didn't occasionally delete the mail above it as well. i've lost so many items that way. :-/

I've bug reported this and I really want a refund. Thousands in items and AD have been lost to this bug. Bulk tools would solve it and make us very happy :)

Yup... same here. I have lost items in the mail, filed tickets and been given the same run around as most of you: "Did you type the address in correctly?" and other canned responses.

Only recommendations I can make are:
    1) Use REAL people to send things where ever possible
    2) Respond to yourself using EXISTING messages via RE: <subject> to send items
    3) When sending items, use a screencapture program and save it until you get the item on your other toon (can use that as evidence later if needed)
    4) Only delete mail when you have all the attachments out.
