Arc clash with Chrome

We've been finding that after we've run the game through Arc and have finished playing, Chrome will not open. Simply will not do anything when asked to open. Closing Arc does nothing for the problem, but if we go into the task manager and quit the lurking Arc process, then Chrome will open. We have another computer on which we run the game that doesn't have Arc, and never has this problem. It seems fairly obvious that there's a clash between Arc and Chrome somewhere. There's a workaround, but it would be nice if that could be fixed.

(No, we can't run the game without going through Arc - it simply won't work.)
(No, I have no interest in using another browser, I am devoted to the Cult of Google.)

    Not sure why you are having that issue. Must be some other underlying issue on your computer as I run Chrome and ARC at the same time with no problems.
