Friendly Enocunter Question

I want my quest to have a group of friendly encounters join the adventure on their quest. I gave them different things to said and do when they are fighting/standing still/ on the move. Problem is they are always bunch together that it is hard to see what they are saying. Is there a way to spread them out? Did they fix the patrol speed yet?

Nope, they will pretty much bunch up like that for the foreseeable future.
