Collections lists foundry companions?

Opening the collections tab, I noticed a couple companions list the Foundry as where they can be acquired....not having any luck finding information on this. I believe they were the Book Imp, and the....Icosahedran(spelling?) Stone? Anyone happen to have any information on these, were they for some type of Foundry contest? Thanks.

    Rank 6 foundry author gives the Book Imp, and rank 9 gives the ioun stone.
