I think the Foundry needs to be integrated in a much better way into this game. This feature was supposed to be what made this game unique. It is real hard to find motivation to do these to level up and even to get the daily AD. I feel like most folks focus on the ones that are 15 minutes long to get credit for dailies. There has got to be some ways to reward folks for doing these. Lets get some suggestions from the community on how to make this better and hopefully folks will listen. Perhaps create a vendor similar to the seal vendors. Have foundries reward a seal, or seals based off length and difficulty that can be used to purchase items from the foundry vendor. To curb exploiting and such, the ones that can reward these seals are ones that have been reviewed by the devs to ensure fairplay and they can be labeled in a way to qualify them for the seals. I feel like this can be easily done and would go a long way in getting foundry content in a respectable place. I'm so tired of running Bill's Tavern over and over for daily AD. Sure I "want" to run those 72 minute epic foundries, but there just isnt a whole lot of incentive for it when I could be doing other things. Also create a weekly "editor's choice" foundry that offers double rewards and also gives the author some sort of reward for creating it. This will help foundry authors continue to create interesting content instead of cookie cutter "this is a daily AD foundry". That is my idea, what are yours?

You're speaking my language.
I love the Foundry. I love the content.
I hate the rewards and incentives.
And make no mistake rewards matter greatly in an MMO. There's absolutely no justification to the 'but you have fun' argument.
I have fun doing dungeons and get rewards. I have fun doing PvP, sometimes, and get rewards. I have fun doing Foundry Missions and I get slapped in the face.
However one of the producers, Terramak, was recently on the Neverwinter Adventure Hour and I did ask if they were planning to re-evaluate the Foundry Rewards. His response was promising. Basically they know people love it but are put off by the rewards. It may not be the next expansion but they do want to look into it within the next few expansion, ideally.
Of course plans change, but just getting confirmation they have it on their radar is great.

Thats good news that they are thinking about it. I always do a Foundry and think, man this was a great quest. But then I'm like...hmmm, I missed the DD...was it worth it. HAMSTER.

Since we're talking about foundry loot, I thought I would mention how much I would love to be able to give out a companion as my quest rewards. Just reskinning a white companion is fine, it would just be nice to have an NPC join the player permanently at the end of the quest.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
Loot and rewards in foundry is a sensitive issue I can understand.
How can you keep people engaged if you don't want to build a Pit or arena of constant combat. You are basically allowed to help power-level with xp, but we can't even dangle a carrot in front of them to cover up a needed break in action.
I think a simple solution is once a Foundry Mod is submitted to Cryptic it is populated with a couple loot containers. They could be randomly placed, I wouldn't care.
Another one would be a counter for play score. Player spends x time in dialog and made x clicks within that time plus + did X damage to mobs plus + spent X time in the mod. The end treasure is selected based on the end score. Better the mod the longer it takes and the more dialog read through; the better the prizes. If it took you 5min or less to finish, then maybe a reward isn't issued at all as it could be just an exploit mod. Or really a 1g sandwich fetch type job.

I think if they would even allow us to have a few kits loots would be nice.
