5v5 as has been stated before in other threads is too often unbalanced. 20v20 Gauntlgrym is usually just horse racing and doesn't happen 24/7.

Why not create some 24/7 10v10 maps?

Also, I think an open pvp zone would be attractive to many players.

1v1 duels is a must... it's just great to have fun, test builds, practice strategies with your friends.

How about an area just for pvp related events like an open field with free for all battles (or guild battles). Since everybody is riding something how about at one end of the field a town or something where jousting can occur and an arena for 1 vs 1 battles, etc. like an area outside of protectors enclave.

I said this in another thread, we need an open pvp arena with no rewards. It would just be a place where players can go and 1v1 or do group battles if they want without any need to be extra competitive to get the reward. I played a game that had this same feature and it was awesome. Made so many friends from all the guilds in there that when it came time for the city sieges no one got worked up over losing. We'd just go back to the arena and try more duels to learn different tactics, often with the very same players that stomped me during the siege.

Personally I found that it promoted fun game play and a more friendly PvP experience.

I wouldn't mind seeing a PVP zone, but hopefully they are working on a lot of other fun stuff for Mod 3 as well.
