Rename token broken (apparently again)

Purchase rename token from zen shop. Rename on character selection screen still not possible.
Bought again, yes im dumb, from character edit window. Still not possible.

Looks like this bug happened back in May 2013 and was patched. It is back again.

Please refund my Zen and let me know when it is fixed.

Ticket in game as well.

    Had same problem, lost 1200 zen still can't change.

    oh i got tokens, now i have 2 of them left
