Sharandar Intro Quest won't Advance

I used the in-game help thing called Submit a Ticket. Six category options pop-up: one being, "Quests".

I chose Quests and selected the Quest that is broken from the menu list. Then I told my story and submitted.

I get an email telling me:

So, if you are not supposed to submit a ticket about a quest not advancing why put the quest category there?

They tell me to ask in the forums so that is what I am doing.

I just hit 60 and got this quest about Sharandar.
My quest is "Sharandar's Rewards"
It told me to open the Campaign Window. I opened the campaign window, the quest advanced and Seargent Knox voice says, press the view rewards button. I press it and nothing happens with the quest advancing. I pressed it maybe 100 times in every way possible, and still the quest won't advance. It's stuck in my quest log now.

It tells me to press the view rewards button. when i press it the quest doesn't advance, nothing happens. i am pressing the "view zone rewards button" at the bottom left in the campaign window. is this not the right button?

Can anyone help me?

I literally did that quest successfully a couple hours ago (just got my ranger to 60). After you click on the View Rewards button, you then need to click on the By Location check box (bottom right). I did not get a clear notification of that and was a bit puzzled as to what was going on.

Hopefully that will get the quest to complete for you. Note I am pretty sure that quest is unimportant as you already have another quest telling you to go to Sharandar.

This quest sorta bugged out on me too. Sgt. Knox said "Press the 'View Rewards' Button". I did, and nothing happened. I ended up deleting the quest (it's not entirely needed), and just went on to the campaigns. On another character, I figured out that you have to click the "By Location" check box in the bottom right.

They kind of changed the UI when they added the collections with Module 2 so the quest dialogue doesn't fit to it appropriately anymore. This should probably be reported as a bug.

I tried what you said. I clickeed the location thing and it didnt help.
