HR oak skin buff can be deflected for lower heal and cannot crit.

hunter ranger buff oak skin can be deflected and heal is lowered by deflect severity %. would be nice if could crit.
Also tooltip shows very weird number 627-745 heal while it heals for around 150 each 0.5 sec.total heal is around 2.5k
