Rampaging Madness boon bugged

Rampaging Madness, the last tier of boon from dread ring is bugged. The description says it will only gain one stack per second and after 50 stacks you get the buff for 10 seconds. So basically you can only get the buff for a maximum of once every 60 seconds. However the stacks are being applied upon any occurrence of you dealing damage. So the buff is being applied to people far more than it should, multiple stacks from aoe, dots, etc. This is a ridiculously OP bug please fix!!!!!!!

I have heard this bug happening to many other people also.

    Confirmed. Also each dmg gives 2 stacks of madness, not 1 as intended. This means that with plague fire I can reapply the buff in 7 seconds on a single target just autoattacking. In aoe fights, the buff is basically always active.
