I have 2 petitions in and neither have been updated by a CS representative in 4 days. I am concerned mainly about Ticket 1, Ref: 140102-001498.
Can someone PLEASE look into this for me and assist me in resolving this. It is in regards to an account of mine that has been compromised. The least someone could do is put a comment in the box so I can feel like you care and have acknowledged me as a customer.
Auto reply email is standard and is not anywhere near reassurance. Even I can setup an auto reply on my email.

. . . The past week and a half have been holiday weeks in the U.S. Please just be patient as there is nothing the forum staff can do for Support issues.
