Archery based HR Tenebrous

I was wondering if played right with on average of say 23k hp ( more is possible as defense enchants would be adding hp for this idea ) would 6 greater Tenebrous enchants at 3% each totaling 18% of current hp with 23k hp being the start would add up to be 4.1k with an internal cool down of 20 seconds. Would Tenebrous be better then just stacking raw power? I wanted others opinion on this before i go and test this in game.

    no .... no just no tenebrous have not been a good idea on dps classes since they added to internal CD. the power you get from 6 rank 10 radiants alone will come out to about 1-2k dps thats 10-20k damage per CD on the tenebrous
