Can't Log In

Anyone else receiving this problem.

I can't log in at all I enter my account name and password into the Neverwinter gateway and the only thing that comes up is "Unable to authenticate:"

    Atleast you got that far, I cant even press the login button to NW.
    And it seems that im lacking some sort of activation key?

    I know the previous server issue was resolved, but I am having login trouble. I'm replying to this thread as I cannot start a new one. The message says I'm basically on a probation period which concerns me since I've had an account since July.

    When I enter my user name and password, I get "Too many attempts; Try again later." I did not enter the information incorrectly. I changed my password through Perfect World in case someone is trying to hack me. My phone was likely logged into the gateway when the server crash occurred so I'm wondering if that could be causing my issue. I unplugged my router and modem for 10 minutes, but that didn't help. I have a new companion I was dying to try and now I can't get in-game!!! You know my anguish..any help is appreciated!

    I have the same trouble. My brother too. Customer services just say it should work. Well.... it doesn't! Button isn't even in the tab order and the whole dialog flashes initially, it even appears to show my password *s and then delete them.

    :/

    Unimpressed. Was looking for a good f2p MMO.

    Why do you say you are lacking activation key?

    FYI Launching Neverwinter directly, not through Arc, works for me as mentioned in another thread

    I play the game about two weeks, and if it runs, great.
    Most time i end like this:

    Sometimes it starts after some try, sometime like now - not.
    My wifes install is somewhat bugged, she can log in into arc, but Neverwinter dismiss because auf wrong data.
    Support tells us nothing but automated answers, after two days another automated Message, the case will be closed if i don't do anything ... what kind of support is that?
    Or do i have to buy the 190 €-Packet, to get some support?
    Those problems cannot be solved through a great community, thats a job for Support / Serverteam.
    Hope we get some solutions on the european site.
