Visual changes not working on my gwf

I have a level 40 gwf tiefling, and appearance changes are not working at all on it. Two separate dye packs and the armor will not dye, which is extra disappointing because the dye cost me actual money. Helmet visual enable or disable is same result: cannot see the helmet. Please help.
