Issue with Neverwinter Gateway

So I am not sure if anyone has experienced this but here goes. When you log into the Neverwinter Gateway there is a splash screen if you will that shows whichever character you are on with the links to inventory, auction house etc to the right. Now a few times when trying to switch from one character to the next I have accidently clicked the same character I am currently on. What happens at this point is it gives me that same screen but now no links anywhere on the page other than in the middle with links to patch notes etc.

I would not so much call this a bug but the first time it happened I was looking at it like why are there no links to my character now? However you can resolve this not by picking another character you have but by either refreshing or pressing the back button on your browser. I just figured I would post this in hopes some people will see it and not close the tab like I did a few times and then log back in before I thought to try just refreshing the page :/

Yeah I know it should have occurred to me to do that but what can you say. Anyways hope this helps out a bit if you come across this :P
So you decided to attack some spelling error to don't have to deal with the contain and when you did you didn't have the brain to can answer it.

Which OS are you using? (Mac/Windows?) Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried a different computer? Just asking. Help us to help you.

It seems to me (just based on threads I've been seeing) that this is happening to people using Chrome. Just an observation, nothing more than that. I use plain old MSIE on Windows, ARC on windows and Safari on Mac (Safari on mac seems to work the smoothest and fastest, but it's plain most players won;t have that option!) :)

It is chrome sometimes but you will notice that I don't need help as I posted the solution to the problem.
