So I was thinking dungeons just feel like an unending trash clearing that is repetitive and boring. I would love to see some better objectives before a boss. I would love to see some jump sequences to get place to place. Maybe some ambushes by trash to keep players on their toes. A defensive objective where you hold your ground vs some waves would be nice then the boss appears. Just something different then walk kill through trash then kill boss then kill trough trash. One of my dreams would be an arena with nothing but bosses and if you defeat all the bosses some BiS gear drop, no trash just back to back boss fights.. What are some of your guys ideas?

- extremely challenging bosses, with lots of abilities, each of them needing a player counter, resulting in...
- tactical fights where everyone has an established role, and if you don't perform together correctly, you fail
- end of BoE for best items: if you have the BiS item on you, I will know you killed the dragon that has it in its possession, not that you bought it from AH
- end of glitching: correctly designed and fully tested dungeons
- a new difficulty with only BiS Epic items, epic mounts, epic cosmetics, epic artifacts, epic enchants - if you can handle it, you deserve to be rewarded
- a challenge mode with unique rewards, titles etc.
- much more than a single dungeon/module - shift focus from lame events and daily zones to true, hard dungeons and PvP
- attractive lore, that makes you care for the characters involved
- professional actors for dungeon events/cinematics, that are capable to immerse the players in the world and offer them unforgettable experiences
Just want to say no to defensive encounters. Too often dev's take that and turn it into protect the stupid, escort style quests. There is no worse idea for a quest mechanic that has ever been thought of for an mmo than an escort/protection quest.

The rest of the ideas sound good.
