I agree that PvP needs a rework. Especially when your creeping up in levels and then you get put into a domination match that boosts your level from 16 to 19 all of the sudden, but you're still wearing your Lv. 16 equipment. I think they should have PvP gear that you accumulate and set to active for when you battle. These equipment could have no slots for enchantments and their stats should scale with your character's level. That way the determining factor in how good your equipment was would be the number of stats that a certain piece modifies.
Gear quality and stat benefit using X as a variable score that increases with your character's level.
White- X Power
Green- X Power
X Recovery
Blue- X Power
X Recovery
X/2 Deflect
Purple- X Power
X Recovery
X/2 Deflect
X/2 Armor Penetration.
I'm not sure if this would be necessary but everyone could be re-leveled to the average lvl. of all the character's participating, then if there's someone who did what they had to do to get the best gear for PvP battles they would still only have a slight advantage over others with only green or even white gear. That way the different classes would get gear that specs to their classes main attributes. So, from class to class there would be a variation in which aspects were enhanced, however two of the same classes on opposing teams would be very much comparable to their opponent. Also, I wish there was more variety in PvP. Plus it seems odd to me that you can't instigate a PvP duel in the real world. I think an arena would be cool to hold 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5. Especially if observers could bet in game currency on who will win.
