No quests after level 18

My ranger couldn't get any quests after the said level. So how am i gonna level it?? Help?!

    Go see Sergeant Knox, he's bound to have at least one quest in a new zone. If not, go to one of the zones you started and talk to everyone to make sure you haven't missed a quest.

    Note: if you've overleveled a zone you haven't finished (due to doing multiple foundries or PVP or just grinding) the ! over NPCs with new quests will no longer appear, but you can still take these quests, but if you don't know where the quest NPCs are in a zone you may have trouble finding them.
