I am experiencing graphic issues in Neverwinter where my changing the options for detail, resolution and clarity have absolutely no effect upon the world.
After my graphics were initially reset, changing the options accomplishes nothing. I'm basically forced to play the game at the basic settings, and it hurts my brain.
