Can not use that Power in combat

Since the new patch for module 2 I now continually get the following error message when attempting to use Divinity Sun Burst. Before I could "Tab" and "Q" at the same time and it would process, now if I don't wait a sec for the change for divinity to take effect and then hit "Q" I get the error message. Anyone else seeing this?

    ^ Yeh, I thought my timing of hitting Q was fubar.

    Sounds like they figured out how to remove the divinity-Sunburst trick (I dunno how it worked because I never used it...at least not to my knowledge), but in the process made it harder to use Sunburst as an OHCRAPADDS substitute for a dodge when out of stamina. Which is what I use divine Sunburst for when soloing. D:
