You mean Unstoppable needs to be fixed to ignore Grasping Roots like it should all CC effects (lets not start down that dark road)?
There are outstanding issues with the HR, DPS however seems on track. Fixing the issues = good, reducing damage because of the issues = bad; one of those is nerfing the class.

From a PvP stand point, I am of the opinion that HR's are very imbalanced at the moment, especially with rooting effects by-passing immunities and the ridiculous damage the at-wills can do. There isn't a sentinel GWF around at the current range I'm in that I could not solo with my ranger, and many of the very well played ones I've encountered went down way too fast because of being rendered helpless by rooting effects.
Yes the theme has been consistent throughout the leveling process in PvP matches. I am 58 now and will have more feedback once I reach 60 on the matter.

I would differentiate though that disruptive shot should continue to always work however as it is essentially a daily power with far less potential usage. Disruptive should break through cc immunities as it does now.
Damage wise, I'm not advocating a nerf but feel it will be inevitable the more exposure the hr gets. At wills doing that kind of damage are pushing the envelope in my eyes despite the charge time and interrupt tradeoff.
Hr can counter gwf. Rotating hr 2v1 melts anything in under 7 seconds. Gf counters hr, hr can't survive a 1v2. That's the pvp functionality after testing 27k glory of pvp and a few premades
