No Bag of Holding or Adventurer's pack inside Ranger Pack

So I bought the new Ranger pack. I opened it up, got everything except the Bag of Holding and the Adventurer's pack. Am I supposed to go somewhere to pick up those 2 items, or is this a bug that will be fixed?

    you need to go to the reward claims agent across the hallway from sergeant knox to collect your greater bag of holding and the adventurer's pack.

    Well that was a nice visit! Found a bunch of stuff I didn't know I had. Must've been from other packs I bought before. LOL
