Playing a TR I have the hardest time 1v1ing some of these uber tanky GWF's.
I have rank 7/8 enchants (I don't use Teneb) and I'm pretty decently geared but its almost impossible to take them out 1v1.
What are your guys strategies for 1v1 situations against them?

You just need to use a stealth based rotation. These are generally best for any TR to use because they can effectively handle anyone 1v1. Also, you want to stack on some regen and hp for while you are stealthed/immune. This combined with your lifesteal should make you pretty much invincible 1v1. Your setup should be ITC, Shadow Strike, Impact Shot. Your goal should be to stay stealthed/immune as long as possible, and you want to use Duelist Fury during the moments you have ITC activated or are about to come out of stealth so that you are immune when you exit stealth and can hopefully get them to waste a stun on you. Impact shot will be high DPS for times when you are not stealthed and they are not unstoppable, but you want to get immunity or back in stealth quick after using it because it usually lets them go unstoppable quickly.
If you are a DPS based rogue, there really isn't much you can do because you will need to be out of stealth/immunity a lot and will be stunlocked easily and often. The best rogue build you can go with atm is 5 points in stealth duration feat, 5 points in dodge roll -> stealth feat, and full PvP gear for extra stealth time. This is how good rogues are getting ridiculously high KDR against good players. Not just the average rogues getting a lot of kills in q-ed matches.
It tends to follow along the same lines as GWF. If you aren't a sent GWF, you just aren't going to do as well. If you aren't a stealth based rogue with regen, you just wont do as well. That's all it comes down to.
Without changing your spec into a more stealthy one (which I also use), the only other way to do it involves taking them down before they can pop their unstoppable. So you need to hit them first with a stun and then unload everything. If you don't kill them when they're stunned and they're even reasonably good at PvP'ing with a GWF then you will have done enough damage for them to have a full unstoppable bar and they're probably going to pound you into the ground unless you go stealth, ItC, and run.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.
