unable to buy character slots from character select screen

It seems rather bizarre that after all these months you're still faced with a "Buy character slots" prompt at the character selection screen that tells you that you can't buy character slots. How long is it going to be before this confusion is cleared up?

one of two things will eventually happen:

you'll either be able to purchase character slots from the character select screen or they'll remove the option. as to why this still exists... i'm sure it's on their radar, but it's such a minor issue. it's not so confusing since most people spend their time in-game and can see the option to purchase character slots in the zen store. you can now also view the zen store from the gateway.
