In pvp GF bull charge is the best move of any no doubt... its just a good move, but also many have no experience dealing with stuna in PVE. less you dodge or shield there is no real good counter though the gear you wear either...

solution: in the expansion make the mobs be sunlock HAMSTER. but make the gear sets reduce length of being prone and such.

I'm not seeing how that's either a problem or a solution. Elven Battle Enchantment is supposed to do that (when it works) already, and moves such as Bull's Charge can be dodged or even arrested if one is fast enough - since GF's are rarely blocking when they use it. That's more about situational awareness than anything else.
