Spells Affected by AE Damage Buffs?

I am aware that Steal Time and Shield Pulse are affected by Evocation and any other +AE damage traits, but the last I heard many others were bugged. Do we have any new information on which spells +AE damage traits/class features affect?

In particular I am wondering about:
SotEA
Chill Strike (tabbed)
Entangling Force (tabbed)
Sudden Storm
Chilling Cloud
Storm Pillar

    Shards Explosion does, but not bolder bumping targets
    Chill Strike Tabbed does
    no idea of entangle
    Chilling clouds last hit does
    Storm Pillar does not

    Easy test with evocation passive and training dummy
