Need some advice: 1 point in shield OK?

Okay so Im trying to make a new build, problem is I want all the new paragon powers maxed and points are getting THIN.

I only put 1 point into shield and it seems to give me a bit of room. Also arcane singularity only has 2 in it, which kind of makes me feel weird.

So, with the new paragon tree in mind, how do you distribute your points? (I think Im going to ignore the new daily)

- MM either maxed, either just 1
- Orb of Imp. needs to have 1 point (not able to remove it on live)
- No Destructive Wizardry, but you have 3 in Storm Pillar
- 3 in toughness not needed outside of PvP
- you took Blighting Power, but in the usual AoE dungeon setup you have: Steal Time, Shard, Oppressive Force, AS all Arcane powers. Sudden Storm is lightning and doesn't benefit from BP. So what remains to you are Chill Strike (not usually used by Thaumaturges) and CoI, which is not your highest dps encounter, Shard is, Steal Time and CoI come 2nd. I'm very unsure if the use of Chilling Cloud/CoI justifies BP against Arcane Mastery.

- 1 point in Shield is OK, if you don't PvP seriously.

sorry, again this is just a mock up if I were to use the Master of Flame paragon path, with corresponding powers (so 3 in storm Pillar = the fire at-will, 3 in the last 2 class features and 3 in sunden storm would be 3 in fan the flame and the new class features).

I'd bring MM down to 1 and also put 1 in Orb of Imp.

I also pvp a lot so id like to keep 3 toughness. Shield I don't really like in pvp either way, I don't take it often. Doesnt Thaum builds benefit most from BP? right now I'm rene but thinking of jumping over to make use of the new fire/ice spells. No?

Anyways, it's the best I could do until the calculator updates.
