debuff and build question

I was thinking of respec'ing my character from thaum to renegade, getting the high vizier set, and putting the terror enchantment on my weapon. All of these aspects apply a debuff in some way shape or form, especially defense. Will all of them stack, or is there a max you can debuff and therefore should nix out one of these changes? I was told by someone once that there is a max debuff but I wanted to hear others opinions.

    Those should all stack.

    All of them stack.

    There is no max debuff you can hit with that combination.

    What you are talking about is what I call the "mitigation mage." It's what my CW is, and yes, they will all stack, putting your enemy in the negatives.

    It works quite nicely on GFs/GWFs
