i was wondering if anyone had done anything with this or knows how it works like how long the mark stays on for an is the 12% ignore armor applied the same as Armor pen or hell if anyone has any more details about it other then what it says on it that would be a great help, the reason i ask is i was wondering if its a good source of Armor Pen or not

I haven't timed how long it lasts, but on my GF nothing lives long enough for it to wear off except for bosses in dungeons. Using it with Frontline Surge and Enforced Threat leads to a lot of marked and very dead monsters very quickly.

Easy answer: Try it on the testdummies in PvP-Area. Test it with a weapon without any enhancement and then test it with the bronzewood weapon.(to avoid +grant damage skills/feats ruin the test) If in the first try both is x and not x(y), then it work like Arpen. But if it show x(y), then it only give you increased damage.

I think it lasts 10 secs... it dont proc the gwf feat re mark so it is a flat dmg increase of what the enchant states in tooltip (8, 12 and 16%).

All marks are independent of each other. So Mark from GF 1 is not the same as Mark from GF 2.

Bronzewood:
- mitigation reduction like all spells and enhancements. Has nothing whatsoever to do with Armor Pen gear stat or its mechanic
- buff on target is just a buff. Has nothing whatsoever to do with "Marks" from GFs or GWFs
- buff lasts 10 seconds
- the Encounter that applies the buff unusually (compared to all other enhancements) does not benefit from the buff
- buffs and stacks only with your own damage. Has no effect on party/team damage.

Add one more, the 20 second ICD only applies per target. IE you can proc it back to back as long as the second encounter used is on a new target.
