Every 2-3 hours the game crashes out

When it crashes I get a cryptic error message. How do I even begin to troubleshoot this? It's very annoying.

    Could your hardware be overheating?

    Nope, temp doesn't change at all. Everything seems to point to be software, but I'm not seeing increased memory usage or CPU or anything. It's very frustrating and seriously seems to be a software issue with the game. It used to be this way all the time, then it was fixed with a patch and was working normally, as of 2 patches ago, the one before the server merge, it started crashing again.

    Unofficial hypothesis:
    More than likely it has something to do with your hardware but that doesn't mean it's malfunctioning.


    The best thing you can do is send in the error report with as much detail as you can so the devs can look into it. Zebular and a few other guild members have increased crashes since the merge. I have had absolutely none.
