framerate making game unpayable

i have always had a tiny bit of lag in certain instances like FH and PK. but today when i logged in I am getting framerate issues everywhere i go.it is making game unplayable. anyone know why this is happening? After they removed the event CTA it started doing this.

    General rule of thumb, in order to answer a question like this system specs are a must.

    Without knowing your system specs a diagnosis of a pink elephant with purple stripes finding a home in your graphics card is a consistent diagnosis based on the information you have supplied. ;)
