Full Helm of the Spider not showing on my character?

Is there a problem known with this helm? It is not showing up on my Guardian fighter when equipped, visuals enabled. Perhaps because she is a tiefling with horns, does that interfere? Or has anyone around figured out how to get it to show? She looks funny wearing full heavy armor and no helm on.

    I have no problem getting it to show on my GF, but he is a human.

    I don't have a tiefling GF, so I can't check if it's a problem specifically with them.

    Surely, I'm not the only GWF tiefling with a spider helm?

    You probably aren't, but the other tieflings with a spider helm may not happen to be viewing this thread at the moment. It may take a bit of time to get a response from one of them.

    You're probably the only Tiefling with a Full Helm of the Spider who does not know whether they are a GF or GWF...

    But come on, how many other Tiefling GF's or GWFs have you heard of? I do not think I've ever seen one before. I think I am more likely to ever see a Half-Orc CW!

    Had the helmet for some time, before getting a new one. Didn't show as well on my Tiefling.
