    Nice, thanks for posting that. A couple of probably silly questions...
    The glow is from a weapon enchant, and not the weapon itself, right?
    And do you know whether this item can be used to change appearance of a t2 weapon?

    Like the GWF one:

    It is BoE.

    The enchantment (where the glow effect comes from) gives a 30% chance to deal 12.5% of weapon damage as Radiant damage with every strike. This damage ignores half of your targets Damage Resistances. - It's unique to the Bonus weapons from Hero of the North pack.

    And yes, you can change the appearance of a T2 weapon into this one, like I did on preview (it was a CN sword before).
