Control Wizzard needs a Target

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I do know it is very annoying.
I'm playing a Control Wizzard now, and most of the time I'm hitting the attack keys (Q, E, R, Left or Right Mouse), the game displays a message "You must have a target".
Ok, I know I must have a target for the Wizzard ranged abilites, but.... I DO HAVE a target most of the time! I am facing the target whenever I can, but the message still appears!
Is it possible to disable this message somewhere? Or PLEASE make it go away or disable the sound it pops... Its very annoying. I'm almost giving up on playing a Wizzard. I wonder if the Cleric has the same problem...
