Post patch latency

I have played since Beta weekends and never had any issues with loging in, , today post patch it takes ages just to log to the character screens, then somtimes crash's and says 'discontected from server' When finaly get in game, it is full of latency, rubber banding even talking to NPC's takes ages for them to react, seem to also have unusualy high CPU usage too. NEVER had anything like this before.
