Not Granted Forum Title

Not sure what is the right forum to post this in. I purchased, the Hero of the North, Guardian, and Knight of the Feywild packs, and yet under my name is still PWE User. I know at least Hero of the North was supposed to come with a forum title. Can someone please fix my forum account so that I have the titles.

    You have to set it yourself. Click on User CP and then permission groups. Select which title you want to show up.
