Lately i'm experiencing more and more irritating things in the Trade house and i was wondering if i am the only one ?
I try to make some extra Diamonds by bidding on various things and try to upgrade my equipment by way of buying things from the auction , but it gets harder and more irritating the longer you try it seems .
Posts in languages through mail , either outbidding you or telling you that you sold something , none outside of the country it's used in understand or speak so you don't know what they are about and (prob) bots bidding just before offers stop are a nuicance and a very irritating factor to me and i suspect more players .
I'd like to ask for a few changes if that is possible .
1 ) To have the Trade House pages set to English only , so most can understand what is bid/ sold / outbid , without having to go to a translate-site to find out .
2 ) To Have the timers that stop the ' bidding-time ' to be changed to random , so the people don't know upfront that if they offer in the last 70 sec's before time expires that it's impossible for others to react in time to outbid them .
Sorry if the explanation isn't grammaticaly right , but English isn't my native language either .
The localization of email is necessary. People outside of the US *do* play, and should be able to read their mail. Since the mail is likely a true email backend, there might be a way to make it read in the default language of the recipient, but time will tell.
Also, I think the AH should function like a modern day bidding site, where you put the max you are willing to spend, and it increments your bid with each counterbid, up to your limit. I don't feel like I should have to part with 15,000AD right off the bat if I could get it for 10,000AD if no one else is attentive.
A little data-mining could show them if bots are afoot, but even that takes time...

exactly right...put in your bid and your increment max is how it should work
Um, I bid on auctions that are about to expire (less than 2 hours remaining) if the price is lower than all others to maximize my chance at getting the item for a good price, and I'm not a bot last I looked. There's no reason to hate on players who manage to log on at a lucky time for the item they want and use good sense to get it.
The non-English auction messages are not that hard to understand. You should be able to tell the difference between "you have been outbid" and "you have won an auction" just by looking at what's attached to the message. I get notices like that in Italian and German all the time and have never had trouble understanding them despite not speaking either. And if you don't know what you've been outbid on, just go to the "my bids" tab in the auction house -- the item will still be there if it wasn't bought out and you can bid on it again.

I agree that the trade house needs some improvements to get to a basic level of functionality. Amazingly none of what I want has yet shown in this thread.
Why can we not sort on the Buy Out column? It almost, sort of, nearly sorts it but that is not good enough. It also doesn't seem too demanding to ask for.
Equally basic is a column showing the single item price for items such as Residuum which can be offered for sale in amounts from 1 to 999. (Naturally, being picky, I would definitely want to be able to sort on this new column as well.) Instead we have to manually calculate how much they want for each residuum to be able to compare the different auctions. Alternatively there could be a limit on what size batches can be offered - this may not be popular with sellers though.
The suggestion above to allow buyers to enter their maximum bid - such as in eBay bids is a good one.
Trading on the AH is several games is almost a mini-game in itself in that players can use it to create profit or purchase what they need at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the Neverwinter AH lacks the facilities all players need to be able to buy and sell with confidence.
The Buyout sorting issue is being addressed in the next patch in the Preview Shard.
The maximum bid idea while not a bad one, may not possible with the current set-up. That might be a more complex operation than can be handled by the Auction House.
The language issue is not an easy one. With this being an international game, there is a substantial portion of the player base that cannot read English. They are probably just as annoyed with the English e-mails as you are with the non-English e-mails. This is something else that is not easily fixed to satisfy everyone.
As for being outbid at the last minute, it happens, even in real auction sites. Many people play the Auction House, this probably one area that your issue cannot be blamed on Bots. If there is item you really want, it is most likely best to be at the Auction House as the time draws to a close in order to place your own last minute bid.
When the buyout sorting works properly, it also sorts by unit price, so that if there's (say) 9 Residuum for 90 AD and 1 Residuum for 12 AD, the 9 Residuum at 90 AD will be at the top when sorting by lowest first since the unit cost is lower for it. It's great when it works -- the problem is that it isn't working again yet, but they have a fix that should go live before much longer.
Bidding is supposed to work as to increase selling price/value for seller, and to get him as much AD as possible. At least it should be that way. But lots of ppl abuse current system as only to empty bag during questing/dungeons/etc.
Also, that price setting should be reworked. If someone place bidding price and buy-out price, that should be permanent, means - u can't just pull out item if u r not satisfied with how bidding is progressing. I mean, what about the time I spent on bidding? Seller pull out his item, pays some ridiculous fee to AH and that is it? Let him pull the item, but if someone bid in meantime, his fee should be by far bigger.
I spent 3 hrs bidding on one item with some guy and, 1 hour before it ends, owner just pulled out his item coz he wasn't satisfied with price he was getting. I mean, why he set starting price so low than? what about the time I spent bidding?

If you get a bid on your auction, you are unable to withdraw the item, until the auction has expired. (already)
