Plague Reaver Disappeared (Spellplague 1st boss)

We were fighting Plague Reaver when he suddenly jumped upwards and disappeared. We kept fighting the adds for a while, but it didn't look like he'd magically reappear, so we wiped. Turns out that he's now officially M.I.A. as he didn't even respawn. His HP bar is still visible even after the adds faded away and all of us got respawned at the camp (and yes, we waited for our res timers to run out).
