Anyone know the particulars of how these are granted? Seems some days I can get 3 or 4 from him and other days none. Just wondering how they work as they seem to be somewhat different than Rhix's, at least in the manner of how they are doled out.

i think he has a set of daily quests he gives out and if you accept them but don't do them, they will remain with you and won't expire. so if you miss a few days, those quests accumulate and he hands them out when you see him.
