Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate IS BROKEN!

As the topic says... its broken..
I have tried everything i can think of to fix it and i still get the "tried connecting"..

    Is the launcher window not showing up? If that's it, have you tried the following?

    Start the NW launcher > open Task Manager > right-click Neverwinter > Maximize > enter login info > open Options to make sure Minimize to tray is unchecked > Play and everything should be fine.
