Terror Enchant worth it?

Would this enchant be worth using on your weapon? any thoughts or ideas on it would be nice.

    And if you are a tenebrous user, you should stick with Plague fire, the DoT can proc your tenebrous. So i don't think Terror is worth it at all.

    yea I was thinking the same but cummon you have to admit the look of it is so wicked.

    Extremely easy to get and far better than nothing, so yeah, put a lesser on until you get what you decide you ultimately want. Don't know if I would ever work toward a higher level one.. but who knows how it will change in the future? I will likely never be able to afford any of the most popular ones, so- again, who knows?

    I have Greater Terror. Looks great and wasn't too bad to make.
