Lol I can't believe how many people are flaming you for this. I wish I were on dragon as I need to buy my GWF his ancient weapon/offhand... This guy is offering 10% whatever the current lowest price is, so if you are concerned about fluctuation then you wait until the market price is already low, then you message him and get another 10% off of that already lower price. This isn't rocket science.

I am not flaming anything it is just a little manipulative to say that you will sell it for 10% less than AH no matter what... (well unless there is one too cheap for your liking on the AH in which then you would just purchase the low priced offenders until you reached your desired price point again.)

There is totally the possibility that you would not stoop to price fixing by purchasing competitor products to keep the price artificially high.

It is easy to sell things for a good deal when you get to directly control what constitutes a bad deal.

However like i said, good luck, if its a legit thing then its a great service to have out there!

No what he's saying is if someone tries to scam us by putting an ancient weapon up for 200 AD (missing atleast three 000s from the end there) then he would just buy it (or wait the 3 seconds it would take for someone else to snatch it up off the AH). There is no "manipulation" here, only protecting us from being manipulated.

We are trying to sell ancients, not buy them. Why would we lose AD buying ancients off the AH when our problem is we have too many of them and are trying to sell them? Do you think we're the only people on the server capable of killing draco or something? like we have absolute control over the price? PUGs 4/4 CN all day every day, much less all the other guilds. we're just tired of having to wait for days to list items when there's 10 other of those same items "ahead" of us on the AH since we don't under cut each other. Or we have all 10 up at the same price and random pugger puts one up undercutting all of us. Now we all have to take down our item and relist it (meaning we all lose our AH deposit) or wait for that one to sell. then someone undercuts that one, and so on etc.

It's a huge headache, and to avoid it, we'll eat 10% of the AD we would have made. The rest of the server decides the price of the weapons, trade battling and undercutting and whatever. Whatever the lowest they are willing to sell the item for, we are willing to sell it for 10% lower than that, just to avoid the hassle.

Give this man a god **** cookie, exactly it isn't rocket science people, it literally takes 1-2 minutes to check the auction house prices and send a message, if its too high of a price for you that day, wait a few days like I said earlier prices fluxuate up and DOWN.

Only way it is really a deal if it's 10% off the default listing price. If it is... I wouldn't change the pricing. Fugg what anyone else thinks. I typically do this to move HAMSTER I don't want.

The prices aren't overinflated, they are based on supply and demand. If there was a bigger supply of the weapons then the price would be lower. It is really simple.

I don't have a T2.5 weapon myself yet, so I have no stake in this. In fact I'd love it if prices were cheaper. But some of the comments in this thread are just pathetic. Though the guild who made this thread also reacted very childishly to some of the criticism, however unfounded it might have been, so they shouldn't be surprised if things escalate.

To be honest, they are a massive upgrade and well worth the money spent as it shows in DPS meters and scale your burst damage higher which is perfect for PVP. I do agree that some of these comments are just pathetic, but when it comes to arguing with someone who doesn't understand and keeps persisting it is pretty tough to keep talking to them like a human being. Like the person said earlier and I will stick to his quote.. "It isn't rocket science people."

While this is a nice offer, it is just an attempt to keep prices inflated.
they don't want to flood the market with their items which would result in the prices dropping, so this way the prices stay high as no one will have a chance to undercut them and cause a steady decline in prices.

The best thing to do is to make a deal to buy items with them with two or more people. The second person just waits until the first person puts their order up at 10% off, then get 10% off that and so on.
Or just don't buy it once it is listed and others will undercut and that will be the new price.

Wait, so if the prices are based on supply and demand then why are they still so high IF your guild have so much? If this was true all epic weaps would all be under 400k not 1m+.
Btw I'm on dragon send me a cw weap since you have so many and obviously can't sell them all.:)
Queen of Dragon Server
Goddess Uniique, lvl 60 DC.
PinkSugar, lvl 60 CW.
Baby Cakes, lvl 60 GWF.
*******, lvl 60 TR.
Premium Juicebox, lvl 60 CW.
Pink Exxxtacy, Ranger

There is NO pvp in Neverwinter.

.. So what you're saying is to try scamming them by being dishonest and not actually buying from them after they list it for you? You're saying the best thing to do is try and manipulate them so you can get a slightly cheaper rate for something you didn't even farm for yourself?.. Pretty sad.

Why would a guild, who farms these things together, want to undercut themselves, when the entire purpose of farming is to make a profit? Why drive your own prices into the ground? They may as well only farm half as much to keep the prices from shooting down. So what they're doing seems like the only viable solution to their problem... Unless Cryptic decides to make AD tradable (which quite honestly it SHOULD be as its the only currency usable in auction house) but since its not, working through Trade chat and marketing is the alternative.

Why not just start a rage thread about how people flip keys/zen for AD. That's actual manipulation. But wait, maybe you're the kind of person who does this seeing as you want to manipulate them for doing honest work :D

Wait, so you're saying as a potential customer I should be looking to pay as much as possible for gear?
Is that because their time is more valuable then mine? Or that they shouldn't be held to the same rules as everyone else?

No, just put your gear on the AH and deal with the competition, stop trying to weasel around it. And for godsakes stop posting with alts or guild mates (whose interests are the same as yours) saying how great this is.
