Is it intended or not?when TR deflect attack it lowers dmg by 3/4, just opposite what its written on his deflect severity- 25%.Im sure of it cause in pvp only on TRs when they deflect it lowers my dmg by 3/4.

I made a thread about this same thing. It actually is 75%. I tested it myself. Its some visual bug it seems.
I thought I read somewhere that the number's definition changed -- i.e. that it now shows the percentage of damage you take after deflection, not the percentage of damage that's deflected.
I thought its a bug, because 75% dmg resistance on such a class? really?the definition of rogue- squishy assasin.
in neverwinter - assasin? - yes, squishy? - hell no. with impossible to catch deflecting all and easy way to obtain high deflect chance by this class its a little absurd.
thats true it was mentioned somewhere in past pach notes but cant find it and i thought its nerf for rogue to deflection severity cause of its high chance.

A rogue is squishy but is good at deflecting attacks because they are nimble.
So that 75% deflection actually makes alot of sense.
Do such "bugs" happen for other classes?
