Interface issue since patch - Invisible Walls

I use a large screen monitor (greater than 32) for NWN and as a result load up a driver level optimizer (such as NVIDIA Inspector) to make the game extremely nice to look at. Since the patch came out it seems that I can not move my cursor all the way to the top, left, bottom or right end of the screen ('invisible interface/HUD walls if you will) without quickly going to video settings, changing resolution or to windowed mode and then back to my preferred resolution) - which is the fix.

The problem is doing that shuts off the enhancement program and degrades game visuals on big screen. Anyone else experience this yet?
